KI-VALIN

Kiwifruit juice extract Ki-Valin chewable tablets contain kiwifruit juice powder to promote digestion and gut health benefits, while providing a tasty flavour. It has been found that kiwi fruits are high in a natural enzyme, called actinidin, that can help the digestive system by enabling it to digest proteins, particularly those present in meat and dairy products. Actinidin is helpful in digestion because it behaves in the same way as the natural digestive enzyme, pepsin, produced in the stomach.

Some polysaccharides present in the kiwi fruit have a prebiotic effect, thereby help in averting the adhesion of enteropathogens and stimulate the good bacteria in the colon. In addition, the phenolic compounds that exist in the kiwi fruit can inhibit the growth of bad bacteria in the digestive system

The Ki-Valin is an excellent source of vitamin C (ascorbic acid)and dietary fiber which promotes digestion and intestinal health. It helps in providing relief from constipation and promoting laxation by stimulating the bowel system.

It also provides a respectful amount of vitamins including vitamin A, folate, vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) and vitamin K (phylloquinone) as well as minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous.

Ki-Valin may be beneficial for:

  • Maintaining healthy digestive system

  • Providing prebiotic effects

  • Having antioxidant properties

  • Maintaining cardiovascular health

  • Providing better sleep

  • Improving iron absorption

  • Maintaining healthy skin
